Need a hand?

Most hiccups have a quick fix, and the usual ones are below. If yours isn’t, write to support [at] ocpd-properties.com — a person reads every message.

The moon won’t smile — I can’t connect

First make sure the internet works with the VPN off. Then pick another location and try again. Some Wi‑Fi networks in hotels, schools and offices block VPN traffic; switching to mobile data is a quick way to tell. If the app shows a message with a Code underneath, please put that code in your e-mail — it lets us find the attempt on our side.

iOS wants to “Add VPN Configurations”

Every VPN app on iPhone and iPad has to ask for this once: iOS needs your permission before the app can carry your traffic through its tunnel. Nothing else gets installed. If you tapped “Don’t Allow”, the app says “VPN permission needed” — tap Try again and choose Allow.

Why has the moon gone grey?

A grey, dimmed moon means your device has no internet connection at all, VPN or not. Check Wi‑Fi or mobile data, then tap to try again.

Which location should I pick?

The one closest to you is usually the quickest. Keep in mind that websites will see the country of the server you choose, so they may show prices, languages or search results for that country.

A website or app misbehaves while the VPN is on

Some services refuse connections that come from VPN servers. Try a different location, or switch the VPN off while you use that particular service.
